The case is nice - looks and feels great. The magnets hold the case securely closed while still being easy to open. I was concerned that the case may easily tip over while open due to the large lid, but that's not a problem at all.
It's a lot lighter than I expected, weighing almost nothing - to the point where some people will probably think it's too light, but it's fine for me. It has a relatively large "Wiseman" logo on the outside of the lid, which you can't tell from the picture - also the wood is a little bit darker (on my case at least) than it appears on the picture.
I did do two modifications to the case, the necessity of which may be debatable:
1) There are no venting holes, and although the case doesn't close with a completely tight seal I didn't want to risk any mold, so I made a hole in both sides where the case closes with a small round file. Now looks as if it was made with them.
2) I wanted to make sure that the reeds wouldn't pop out of place during transportation, so I glued a strip of foam on the inside of the lid to securely hold them in place when the case is closed.
Overall a good little case (even better with a few mods), that holds a lot of reeds per cm3.
